Evandale

On Wednesday the 28th March we took things a bit easier and only travelled a few kilometres down the road from our base in Launceston to Evandale. This is another very historic town.

After a sensational pie from the bakery we walked around town and checked out the colonial buildings and read the history.

We also bumped into the people we had seen three times before in Launceston. I mentioned in the Launceston post about one of the fellows having a leach on his leg. He gave Linda some more tips on her camera.
